At least I do have spinach to harvest and wouldn't have had it if it hadn't wintered over so well. The leaves are nice and big and a deep green.
It was enough for the two of us to have steamed and have a nice big helping of it with a pat of butter on top.
Here's how the rest of the crops are faring in the vegetable garden.
Snow peas with the stick supports a la Crocketts Victory Garden. Spinach before harvest is on the left.
Finally as I walked back in the garage I snapped this photo of the hostas on the east side of the house. They are the farthest along in their growth and looking lovely.
Check out other harvest at the host of Harvest Monday: Daphne's Dandelions.

I love your stick supports for the peas! Are they just pushed into the ground?
Melissa - just pushed into the bed of peas, yes. I have lots of sticks in my yard to use and they are free!
Oh yum another gardener with some fresh spinach! Your garden looks like it is progressing nicely. My peas are just poking through.
Very healthy greens you have there. Your onions growing great.
I see you like your spinach like we do, just steamed with a little butter for seasoning. Everything growing looks great, especially those onions.
I was happy that mine overwintered so well. I had trouble getting it to germinate last fall. Sometimes it comes up for me and sometimes not.
I'm trying to eat my spinach up before it bolts. We even had some for breakfast this morning!
I don't grow spinach...maybe this fall, yours looks so great. I planted my peas over the weekend.
Your garden looks like it growing well. Lovely spinach.
Marcia your garden is certainly coming along nicely. Someday I would like to join the group but I am afraid any harvesting I might to is at least 2 months away. At least another month before I can plant anything in the garden. Only thing I have green is growing in the greenhouse.
Your crops look lovely. I must grow more spinach just to have that early overwintered crop. I grow so many 'spinach' substitutes that I never think of it.
