Daughter Emily and son in law Matt are coming for lunch today. Matt works from home so every once in awhile we get together for lunch without granddaughters. Makes for a bit easier conversation since we can discuss things not appropriate for their ears plus we don't constantly get interrupted because both granddaughters are great talkers and like to share.
I made pizza last week and the crust recipe makes two crusts so I'll be making pizza for our lunch today. I had roasted cherry tomatoes to put on this one but those are all gone so I'll try just using some canned tomato pieces without the juice.It will be good to catch up on their news tidbits and eat pizza and salad for lunch.
