Monday Morning

As I write this Monday morning we are having more rain.  There's over an inch already in the rain gauge and rain forecasted for all day here.  Ground is already saturated from rain in June and now July.

Most plants are loving it.

The CSA gardens are lush.  I was there last Thursday to pick up.  The peas on the far right were taller than me and I didn't have to step far very in the row to pick two quarts.

Tomatoes in the hoop house are giant too.

My potted plants and perennials are thriving.

And this lovely day lily is in bloom.  I have another day lily that needs moving because it's being overtaken by the spider wort.  Hard to garden though in the rain.

For some darn reason your post didn't come up on my blogger list. So I added you again! Love your daylily header, and so many pretty potted flowers. Stay dry!

Crazy weather. We’re not getting rain like that.

Rain never seems to come how and when we’d like it. I guess that many people in southern New York have discovered that over the past couple of days.
