Exercising

I find the best exercise is walking with Leslie below

or doing aerobics and strength training with Curtis below.

I've bookmarked a number of their workouts and vary them from day to day.

Works for me.  What do you do?

On the days I have off I bundle up and out I go I walk 3 miles. I try to meet up with a friend often and we hike I am also doing a 20 minute yoga on the days I don't walk.

I have walked with Leslie. Lately, when I bother to get around to it, I just put on a non-exercise video and just walk for 15-20 minutes.

It's good to do any type of exercise whether outdoors or in the comfort of our own home. Luckily, we have two gym areas here in the mill apts, accessible by walking indoors. I have been doing every morning to use the treadmill, elliptical and bike. of course, listening to a podcast or watching a show also helps me stay longer.

Yoga and walk. A day isn’t complete without both of these! We are fortunate to live near a state park, the beach, and a National Forest and I love the trails.
