Wednesday's Walk

I haven't gone on a walk with my Wednesday walking group since the beginning of November.  Company in November twice and rain kept me from joining them.

This walk on the last day of the month had rain threatening too and it started on our return trip back from the water falls.

Orange hats worn by a few because it's hunting season even though we stuck to a road. This was a close walk for me.  I didn't have to drive to the start point since it was at the former store next to my house.

I pick the location on December 14th.  I need to do some scouting before hand of a class 6 road Dan and I took this fall not far from here.

It's good that you take it in turns to lead the walks. I think I would be wearing orange all over if that were me.

Great to walk to a waterfall, any time of year!

It's hard to accept that we go out with guns and kill animals, and that people have to be cautious they don't get caught in the crossfire.

I wonder if my orange shoes would be enough? 😀

Orange hats are only common sense in rural New England in the fall anytime you're in or near the woods, and just as easy to wear as a less safe color.
