I'm ashamed to say I went into a breakfast place once and asked the same question (in the first one.) They could have offered me a raw egg, I suppose.

Always fun to see these posts, Marcia. The one about going into a room with a cup of coffee then forgetting why you entered the room was more commonplace with many...thank goodness for the coffee!
