I am in NH and snowshoe with a friend lot of great trails in this state. I am sure you are tucked in today we are plenty cold. I am in central NH and we are minus 3 with a slight windchill. So glad I found your blog Cathy

A lot more fun than doing physiotherapy exercises, I'm sure.

I remember doing it once and getting blisters on my hand. I'm so glad you're getting some good exercise.
