What?
Spotted this parking sign at the US Naval Academy.
I've seen a few of these half cars around, mainly in cities. They are chopped off right behind the front seat and very small. And flimsy looking! Not sure I'd feel safe in one with the big cars and crazy drivers all around.

...it's as clear has mud!
HA HA ----I'm not sure that people with those tiny cars would appreciate them being called "Half-Cars"....
BeeBeep..... ha ha
Hugs,
Betsy
What a mysterious sign, it must make sense to someone I guess, but I can't work out what it means at all!
Now, that's funny. Never heard of such. Maybe it's a Navy thing. he he.
I think they are being redundant when they say 2-seat / half car. LOL
LOVE the license plate! Might draw the cops, though. haha
I don't understand that one at all.
I haven't a clue, but well spotted.
