Under Contract
Yep! We have a contract on our house!
Now the downsizing truly begins as we make plans to move in July!
Yay for you, that seems pretty quick. Congrats. I know it's bittersweet, always hard to leave a "home" but you'll make a new one. Take lots of pics when it's empty, take pictures of details (I think I posted about how I took a bunch of pictures of the details I'd miss). Little things, like a favorite corner, or maybe something as odd as they way the sunlight fell on the floor in a certain room, a knothole in a piece of wood, things like that.
