Red Church

Not the best quality or composition because I took it as a drive by on our way to the Grand Canyon of the East.
At first look it appears to be brick, but closer inspection reveals it to be clapboard painted red.

Linking with Inspired Sunday.

What a beautiful setting for this charming red building which I assume is a church.

The white ornate trim is wonderful against the red. Tom The Backroads Traveller

Small but cozy. Certainty if not with wood or bricks.
Have a nice Sunday

It's not often that you see a red wood church. Very nice

Love this photo, Marcia! I'm wondering where the Grand Canyon of the east is?
