So I was impatient. So I should have waited a few more days. But I had a hungering and though none of this is enough for one let alone three of us, they will be a nice addition to a pork stir fry or fried rice tonight for dinner.
First head of broccoli, first snow peas and first garlic scapes.

Awesome! Our snowpeas are not doing too well, and garlic will have to wait two more weeks for scapes.
I sliced the broccoli very finely and stir fried it with the snow peas and some finely sliced celery and the garlic scopes. It was one of the four fillings we had for Vietnamese spring rolls. Delicious!
YAY!!!!!! My garden isn't doing so well either. I haven't see it in a few days, but I will tomorrow, fingers crossed. I might end up living vicariously through the gardens of others. I think I might have started too late but we'll see.
