Magnet Collection

I have collected a few magnets through the years in our travels.

The question I'm facing now is where to display them.  They had been on the front of our top loading washing machine and the door of the dryer.  Those doors on the new washer and dryer are not conducive to displaying magnets.  I've thought of the side but they'd get brushed too often and go flying.

The refrigerator isn't an option either as one side has family photos and the other side has my lists of frozen items.

There's the ping pong room in the barn but no metal to attach to unless I purchase a magnetic white board.

I think I'll have to think long and hard about whether the collection continues. My last two purchases in September were from Spain -  a magnet from the cave we visited and one for the town, Priego de Cordoba

Such a problem! Only in rich nations could this be a source of concern!

...we had so many magnets on our old refrigerator and I hated them. When we renovated the kitchen I said NO magnets on the new one.

Despite my magnetic personality no fridge magnets have managed to attach themselves to me thus far!

Maybe you could clear a small spot and rotate them, several at a time?

I've collected magnets on my travels for many years. I've got them on my fridge, chest freezer and on the tall metal filing cabinet in my study.
Some are of the destination, some just pretty, some with words on, and some with cute
animals on. The ones from the Scilly Isles are glass fish.
I gave up collecting them a few years ago, ran out of space!

I've got a magnet collection, too, and my refrigerator looks quite cluttered. But just about every day one of them catches my eye and I think back to a trip long gone by and smile. I guess they're staying.

The Carnegie Deli did close, but they reopened maybe a year ago, almost right across from Carnegie Hall.

Happy Valetines Day!
