Fourth of July 2015


I'm going back in time to repost blogs from my past. 
This one appeared five years ago today.


I went looking in my iPhoto collection for a photo to post on this 4th of July and came upon this one of our national bird, perched no less than on our colors: red, white and blue.  With its mouth open, you have to wonder what is it trying to say to us?  Or is it reciting the Declaration of Independence?

"We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
