The green beans are looking like I might get enough to eat this week. The habanero peppers are just setting fruit. I hope there is enough time for them to ripen before the first frost.
The snowpeas, beets, and spinach I sowed last week are showing. So far no turkeys eating the peas!

Lovely harvest! You've got the basic ingredients for some nice summer dishes. Some more of that delicious fried eggplant you posted about earlier?
Good luck in getting your haberanos in time. I've seen a lot of people harvesting them on Harvest Monday. I think I'd be afraid to grow them. Or at least afraid to process them.
Your produce looks great! I find most peppers ripen late in September. They take a long time.
A little bit of harvest every day of the week, I like it! I'm growing some cayenne peppers, and can't wait for them to ripen. I've also read that pepper take weeks to ripen after reaching their full size.
