As I said in the previous post, the Portrait Gallery has an exhibit of US Presidents' portraits that are not the official portraits. It's interesting to see what these men looked like. It's also interesting to read about what they accomplished in office; not much for most of them according to a book my husband recently read.
It's unlikely you'll be able to name these guys so I'll label them for you. There will be some to guess from the 20th century.

what great portraits...i'm especially interested in the old, old ones...i can look at those faces and eyes for a long time!
