Treasure

My daughter sent me this photo of flowers from her garden.  Significant to me because many of them came from my garden last spring before we moved.

The peony is one I purchased from the Philadelphia Flower Show many years ago.  It never bloomed for me.  It was good to see that it bloomed for Emily.

...I know of many families who pass on treasure plants from their gardens, they become more than a pretty flower. Marcia, after so many years of gardening, I'm sure that this is a treasure for you. Thanks for stopping by!

My sister just sent me photos of some flowers I divided and gave to her. I sent her a photo of some peonies she gave me until she figured out if she was moving or not. Funny how some plants die a year after you plant them and others will spread joy for years.

I can understand how special these flowers would be and it's so sweet to give you the wonderful bouquet.
