Welcome reader to my blog - a mixture of this and that. Now that we are living in a retirement community in downtown Columbia, MD my personal gardening activities are somewhat curtailed. I still enjoy visiting gardens, reading, watching wildlife on my walks, traveling, and occasional food commentary. Please leave a comment if you feel inspired to do so. I read every one of them.

Ou World Tuesday - Ocean City, MD in October

The Atlantic Ocean from our hotel balcony!

Looking east but getting the sunset colors.

Hotel from the boardwalk.

Lots of architectural styles.

Ferris wheel in the distance.

Someone's idea of art.

There must have been quite a wave to bring that shark in through that building.

Rides put to bed for the season.

The shark needed its teeth cleaned.  Guy said it happens ever 7 years.

Fisher's Popcorn, an Ocean City staple.

Not a Corvette but still an interesting vehicle.

Footprint patterns.

What a fun place. Amazing to catch the teeth cleaning, makes a great shot and you happened to be there at just the right time!

I love Ocean City and Fisher's popcorn. Fisher's has the best caramel popcorn, I have ever had. Great shots!

The shark going through the building would certainly make me want to step inside. Seems like the finds through those doors would be just as amazing. It’s also nice to know that getting teeth cleaned isn’t a discriminatory process. We all have to get it done. :)

Great shots of Ocean City! October is great for photography, but a little late for swimming.
