Purchases from Quebec

We purchased four red Canada t-shirts for the four granddaughters.

This one was a bit big for granddaughter #3 but she'll be able to wear it for years to come.

We purchased two bottles of the honey wine I mentioned in my last Quebec post.  We had one soon after we came back sharing it with family visiting and then the last bottle disappeared when friends came for dinner on Monday evening.  Wish we could get more.

At the Bed and Breakfast in Gaspe, they had a liqueur and gin sampling one evening.
The amaretto was outstanding so we purchased a bottle.  As of tonight it's gone too.

Here's the backstory on this product in French and English.

My Canadian readers may want to look for either of these products if you enjoy wine and amaretto.

Good finds. I imagine that these products are just found in Quebec or maybe Eastern Canada.

Good to know honey wine is delicious. When I tried Mead, I was surprised that it wasn't at all sweet tasting.

...I'll stick with ice water.
