Rain, rain ...

Rain, rain

Go away

Come again

on a weekday.

I've lost track of how many Saturdays we have had rain.

The newspaper reports precipitation totals and so far this year we have had 17.23 inches where the normal is 13.98.  Most of that fell in May.  Now June continues with rainy weekends.

Many events in town postponed because of this rainstorm.

No outside time for me today.

Isn't that something? Some other time, it will be drought.

...I like rain better than drought!

We count on the rain to keep the pastures green and feeding the cows.

I do love rain but not if it's too hard and wild, that's scary.

I think you really got it on Friday we got almost 3 inches but some towns got over 5 inches in just a couple of hours.
I think the news said #12 for Saturdays in a row today.

We were expecting a lot of rain the last 2 days but it went around us. We got one good rain last night though. I understand the frustration when it rains weekend after weekend.

Too bad some of that rain couldn’t be channeled to Northern Canada where so many wildfires are out of control.

Sorry to hear many outdoor events had to be canceled. It's raining almost daily here - not continually though.

And, it also rained this past weekend on our RI graduation trip, but thankfully it was held at an indoors arena. The forecast for Nashua, NH, this coming weekend also includes, what else...more ☔️

Liquid sunshine! Or so my family used to call it. We have had a lot of rain here this past week. Everywhere looks so lush and green. I enjoyed both photo and video. The video I found very soothing. Thanks Marcia :)
