Hi Marcia ... I have added you to my list of blogs I like to read every morning. I wonder if you are a "Marsha" or, like me, a "Mar-see-ah" ... 😊 Like you ... I am looking forward to November and ridding our country of the blight we have in D.C. Stay well and continue to stay safe!
Hi, No Covid 19 cases in our county so far --but we are being very very careful through this Virus scare. We also are not panicking --and definitely not hoarding items/food, etc... People can be nuts at times like this.
Glad you saw my first Blackwater post... We did have a good time and even enjoyed the trip to Blackwater through the back mountain roads --and then the trip home (stopping at Biltmore for a few hours)...
😊 thank you for your answer back! I grew up with the "sha" and hated it ... holds too many bad memories for me. Ex-husband changed all that with stating "...that's not Marsha, that's Mar-see-ah!" I said "Thank you, God!" That was in 1975 and I have been the phonetic Marcia ever since! LOL The husband is gone but the name has remained!

Hello Marcia. Welcome. I pronounce with the "sha" not "see ah". I always say its the correct pronunciation.

So far, people are not fighting over supplies in Hawaii and we're also sharing so that's a relief. We are also staying home as much as possible.
