Enjoy the holidays with your family and friends. I know I will especially because it will be the first Christmas in three years that Sarah will be home. Now that's something to celebrate.

I'm with you on taking a break! Thanks for the comment on my blog. I will see if the library has that book you recommended. I agree that exercise is important for me. Congrats on your 10 lb lost! I weighed today (after being on the diet for almost 2 weeks) and I had lost 10 lbs. 20 more to go!
