Our first frost last night also...I can see the roof of the building downhill from me turning red from the frozen white as the sun passes over it. I only saved about half my plants indoors. Watering them with water that's carried in jugs to my apartment meant figuring out which were more precious to me.
We also had below freezing temps for the first time last night when it dropped to 30 degrees. I didn't check if there ewas frost as it's hard to see from our 5th floor windows
...chilly here, Lake Ontario is keeping us frost free.

ReplyDeleteAw, poor flowers.
ReplyDeleteWe had frost, but nothing was hurt.
An end . . . and a beginning. Cozy indoors times ahead.
