Wow! That's awesome! I wish my daughter were here and could take care of Thanksgiving too. I've never had a chestnut stuffing before but it looks wonderful. I'll be making a lup cheong stuffing with mochi rice. It's kind of a Chinese/Hawaii thing.
The Thanksgiving spread looked and surely tasted delicious, Marcia, so kudos to your daughter. It looks like you all enjoyed a delicious meal. We did not have stuffing or gravy and both were missed.
