My strike is broken. Spring is showing itself here. Temps are warming. March winds are blowing.
I've gotten inspired to think Spring.
Inside I've decorated for Spring.
Pysanky eggs are scattered around the house.
Outside there are shoots of daffodils.
The outline of the perennial garden is visible.
It was buried with snow since last Thursday.
The lawn is visible.
The raccoons are out of hibernation and digging in the mulch and pots.
A robin came by looking for worms.
And not pictured, the seeds I planted on Tuesday have sprouted and are under the grow light.
Can the green-up be a sooner rather than later event?
Lovely images and I can see spring is on its way now with you.

ReplyDeleteHello, Just got home from a nice trip to Arkansas to celebrate George's birthday. I will blog about it tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteNow--it's time to start working in the yard, cleaning up all of the 'junk' from the ice storm. What a mess!!!
Glad you are thinking Spring also. We actually have some Crocus blooms in our yard. YEAH!!!!
Hope you are doing well.
Hugs,
Betsy
Spring can't come fast enough. We still have plenty of snow in back yard, but edges of the lawn are starting to peak through. Love to see pysanky (we did them when we were kids) for easter :)
