Spinach being washed. It was lightly sauteed with garlic leaves (not pictured) in olive oil on Tuesday.
I've been using chives. I tossed some in with my tuna/egg salad.
Now here's the plus - some of whats blooming in the perennial garden.

ReplyDeleteMarcia, those greens are sure looking good. I just finished turning my onion box today and fertilizing it. My onion plants aren't ready to go in yet and I haven't bought any onion sets for scallions.
