Ottawa Cathedral

Inside the Ottawa Cathedral in the capital of Canada.  We visited Ottawa one day while vacationing in the Thousand Islands in 2013.
I have no photos of the outside,

And check out this church featured on Twisted Sifter on Friday.
Isn't it lovely?

Breathtaking. Now that is a serious church. I'd love to hear a sermon there. Thanks for sharing.

I love those stained glass windows. I am always fascinated by the reflections they make on the stone or wooden floors of churches.

This is an amazing building, I love all the beautiful decoration. I also went over to look at the stave church, how wonderful that it is still there after all these centuries. The fact that it is wood is astounding.
