Harvest Monday - June 2

Snow peas!

Had are really big harvest of snow peas last evening and we ate them all, steamed with a bit of butter.

Delicious.

I had a harvest of peas earlier last week, enough for the stir fry.

Bok choy doing well too.

And getting lots of lettuce - but no photos sorry.

Your peas look wonderful. Fresh peas are a thing of the past here, no I'm looking forward to planting them again in the fall! :-)

Those are really lovely peas. Mine are still a ways off but I'm looking forward to them.

I'm very jealous of your snow peas! My plants are about two feet now but still no sign of flowers. Hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer.

Add my voice to the chorus of people admiring those peas.

Oh --I love snow peas... YUM... We eat quite a bit of snow peas (frozen from the store unfortunately) in our stir fries... George taught in China for a year (long time ago) --and learned to make some awesome stir fry dinners....

Hugs,
Betsy

Quite a harvest already. Thanks for your comments on my blog. In a way I agree about photos of young children. I doubt I will be posting any other photos of Emmy.

Yummy peas! I sadly just pulled my pea plants. They were productive, but I was still sad to see them go.
