Friday Shots - May 2

With all our rain here this week the garden exploded with growth.

The green canopy is filling out.

The toads appeared in the pond to mate and lay eggs.

I was worried that the goldfish would be washed out but many remain.

Plants are growing in leaps and bounds.

The first iris bloomed for May Day.

Remember the skunk cabbage last week?
Washed over by flooding creek this week.

The wetlands covered in silt.

It will recover in no time and be only a memory.

Once the spring growth starts it does come with a rush!
