Harvest Monday

Spinach for steaming last Tuesday.

Lettuce for lunch salad on Wednesday.

The lettuce & spinach bed.

Herb harvest on Thursday - parsley, cilantro, chives, rosemary & thyme.

Lettuce and spinach harvest on Friday for book club salad bar dinner. Lots left over which I've been using for other salads and on sandwiches.

Check out others harvests for the last week at Daphne's Dandelions.

Marcia everything is looking so good. I am so itching to get something in the ground but will have to wait until the end of the month

What a nice spring harvest. I can't wait for all my herbs to grow up. The only herb I planted last fall was my chives. I can't harvest too many yet, but occasionally I can.

I love your herbs. My two year old took scissors to our young cilantro plant, but it is recovering now.

My lettuce aspires to be your lettuce. Right now, it's just incy little seedlings. Nice looking harvest!
