Harvest Monday

Enough spinach was harvested on Friday for a salad for three of us. Emily of Greens and Jeans was visiting and enjoyed the feast with us.

My girl is almost our of spinach. 2/3 have bolted and the rest is not growing well now because of the heat. She so would lick the screen if she saw this. Lovely.

Looks good! My spinach did not do good this year. It got too hot too quick, I think. Yours looks yummy.
